Urmish R. Patel holds a Real Estate Broker license in Alabama and Georgia for MBA Hotel Brokers and is responsible for the Birmingham Alabama MBA Hotel Brokers office covering the southeast. He has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry including operations and transactions as a Real Estate Licensee since 1989.  Urmish is also experienced in hotel valuation and advisory services, and has the insight and experience to successfully guide buyers and sellers through difficult transactions.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
