Charlie Fritsch is President and Founder of MBA Hotel Brokers.  Graduating from Maharishi International University in Fairfield Iowa, Charlie is also a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, and became a teacher of T.M. as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, in 1975.  Upon graduating from college, he immediately started his own business, and has been an entrepreneur his entire career.  His first experience with hotels was as a principal re-developing historic hotels which began in 1984.  As a broker, he began selling hospitality properties in 1995, and incorporated MBA Hotel Brokers in 1997.  Charlie also founded MBA Capital Funding, Inc. after seeing the need for hotel capital markets advisory for hotel buyers, to provide mortgage brokerage with expert knowledge and the highest integrity.  Charlie Fritsch earned the designation of Certified Hotel Broker (C.H.B.) in 2001 and brings 36 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management, financing, and brokerage to the company.  He has enjoyed speaking at conferences and participating in hotel industry associations.
Through many years of analyzing hotel profit and loss statements and accounting system reports, Charlie saw that the hotel industry was behind the times in adopting technology to increase efficiency in management, accounting, financing, and transactions.  He then founded Hotel Investor Apps, offering an Enterprise Resource Planning and accounting platform built for hotels, with more automations and integrations than any hotel accounting software which delivers efficiencies that save hotel companies a great deal of valuable staff time, and also provides critical business intelligence for better management decisions and greater control of expenses.  Advancing hotel capital markets advisory with technology, Charlie has overseen the development of Hotel Loan Hub, a website that automates many traditional mortgage brokerage functions and will be revealing exciting new developments soon.
